Late night at Fishbones
Rhythm and blues band Dry Toast has been making funky music since the 20th century. Specializing in soul hits from the '60s and '70s, the group performs music by a variety of artists, including Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Sam & Dave, Wilson Pickett, James Brown, and Delbert McClinton, as well as contemporary cuts by the Blues Brothers and Lenny Kravitz. The Jazz & Blues Festival gig at Fishbones features the original line-up of Chris Smith on vocals, Brian Langille on guitar, Jason Rogerson on bass, Jim O'Leary on drums, Mark Parsons on trumpet, and Peter Wynne on sax. This will be a high octane soul spectacular that will have you on the dance floor all night long, and a show not to be missed.
